Comment by MJS2008-01-13 07:24:09: Hey NotMan! No idea about the upside-down thing (sometimes it is flipped horizontally too). Other significant changes are: the hidden items positions, the flowers during the whole game (not just trip 1), the ghosts in the labyrinths, and the extra life available in all returning stages. The scoring works differently too.
